Qualifications / Person Specification Exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level U.S. Associate to join a reputable US DCM practice. We are seeking a US qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in US Capital Markets. The candidate must have obtained a JD from a reputable US law school. Fluent English language skills are mandatory. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and a self-starter. JSM is a pre-eminent law firm in Hong Kong with representative offices in Beijing and Shanghai and a Beijing IP agency which handles trademark registration matters in Mainland China. JSM advises clients on the full spectrum of legal issues arising on the most complex deals and disputes in and from Hong Kong and Mainland China.
