Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical liaison for project and technical discussions with customers. Collaborate with factory teams to ensure successful pilot project sample builds. Identify and onboard new suppliers and develop supply chain solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and firmware issues in a timely manner. Carry out cost down activities, and prepare verification/validation proposal. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in technical project management and customer engagement. Strong understanding of hardware and firmware troubleshooting methodologies. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Preferred Skills Over 5 years of experience working with medical device or health care products. Proficiency in software tools and platforms commonly used in engineering projects (e.g., Altium Designer, E-drawing, or similar). Knowledge of quality standards and compliance regulations. Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus. Location: Station in Dong Guan Factory.
