Location: Dongguan, China About the Role Are you a seasoned Electronic Engineer passionate about bringing cutting‑edge consumer products to life? We are a premier manufacturer in the home beauty industry, and we are looking for a talented Electronic Engineer to join our team in Dongguan. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical linchpin for our projects, driving the development of next‑generation electronic beauty devices from concept to successful factory launch. You will work directly with international clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure our products are innovative, reliable, and manufactured to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End Project Leadership: Manage the entire product development lifecycle for electronic beauty gadgets, from initial concept and design reviews through prototyping, testing, and into mass production. Technical Design & Validation: Provide expert vetting of electronic circuits, PCB layouts, components, and firmware/software integration. Ensure designs are optimized for performance, cost, and manufacturability (DFM). Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, including SMT, assembly, and testing. Collaborate with plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and surface finishing (painting/plating) teams to resolve technical challenges. Quality & Compliance Gateway: Lead product qualification and certification efforts to meet international standards (e.g., CE, UL, FCC, RoHS). Implement and uphold rigorous quality control systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical liaison for our global customers, effectively communicating project status, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts. Drive Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications & Experience We're Looking For A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in electronic product development, preferably within an OEM/ODM environment manufacturing consumer electronics. Experience with home appliance or beauty devices is a significant plus. Deep, veteran‑level knowledge of: Analog and digital circuit design. Electronic components and PCBAs. Materials science (plastics, metals) and their application in consumer products. The full tooling process: plastic/metal molds, stamps, and jigs. International regulatory compliance and testing protocols. Proven project management skills with a track record of pushing projects to completion on time and within budget. High proficiency in engineering software; experience with SolidWorks is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential. Cantonese is a strong advantage.
