Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Part‑time Designer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives to our creative team while working on exciting social media and advertising campaigns. Work Arrangement 2‑5 days in office initially, with potential for hybrid work arrangement after 3 months of proven performance. Accommodating long‑term freelance commitments; synchronization with external projects negotiable. Key Responsibilities Primary: Create compelling visual content for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns. Secondary: Collaborate with our Creative Director on video production projects, from conceptualization to execution, including: Communication with clients and vendors. Pre‑shooting preparation. On‑site supervision. Video editing (Additional fees may be provided depending on complexity ). Develop creative ideas and art direction. Work closely with account service, copywriting and other creative team members. Perform ad‑hoc assignments as required. Qualifications 2‑4 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment. Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise. Candidates with generative AI tool experience should highlight this in applications. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac platform. Video production and editing skills are advantageous. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI tools for design workflow optimization. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
