Business Development Consultant / Manager (SME | AI) Our client is a Technology-driven Education Management Company, with a strong focus on AI training and tailored content learning for B2B and B2C clientele. With an already successful track record of growth in Hong Kong, they are currently expanding their B2B sales team to enhance their business development capabilities within the SME segment. You will be a hunter sales function for local enterprise accounts , working as part of a high-performance sales team with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities Proactively execute sales strategies and acquire new client accounts to meet revenue targets Identify market needs and generate business opportunities through ongoing intelligence gathering Full ownership of end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure Internal insight sharing to ensure cross collaborations can be achieved between team members Build solid long-term relationships with decision makers across different industry segments Clearly showcase the value of their programs and how they align with business needs Ensure a smooth on-boarding procedure and handover Represent the company at external events and client meetings as a consultative advisor Requirements 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales , with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets Demonstrated background developing new business in the local SME and mid-market segments Capable of proactively following up on sales leads, as well as generating new lead pipelines Ability to drive sustainable referral partnerships with a strong self-initiative Existing network and connections in the SME ecosystem (including industry associations, chambers of commerce etc) would be an added advantage Knowledge and passion towards AI trends would be a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent proficiency in English and Cantonese Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Available Application Questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
