AVP, Compliance, Insurance, MPF, and Wealth Management Products Location: Central, Hong Kong Responsibilities Advise management and relevant business units on compliance-related issues specific to Insurance, MPF, and Wealth Management products. Stay updated on the latest legal and regulatory requirements, promoting compliance awareness and fostering a compliance culture within the organization. Assist the team in handling product advisory within relevant divisions, including Insurance, MPF, Wealth Management, and daily advisory tasks such as product reviews, media assessments, marketing materials reviews, and cross-border business considerations. Review new product/service initiatives covering local and global markets (e.g., US and Japan) from a regulatory perspective, focusing on Insurance and MPF offerings. Prepare and establish compliance policies & procedures (P&P) and related guidelines; review and provide feedback on P&P, marketing materials, advertisements, etc., prepared by other departments/business units to ensure compliance with applicable internal, legal, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with business units, operations, IT, risk management units, auditors, and regulatory authorities on compliance-related matters and issues. Requirements University degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or a related discipline. At least 3-5 years minimum compliance or regulatory experience. Experience in performing compliance or similar training, developing policies and procedures (and related guidelines), and conducting compliance reviews and investigations. Sound working knowledge of insurance products, MPF schemes, wealth management offerings, and good understanding of the regulations, codes, and guidelines issued by the SFC, HKIA, and other regulatory authorities. Strong ethics, integrity, and enthusiasm. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
