Responsibilities Establish and enhance policies & procedures/guidelines for CBG Wealth business operations and consumer products/services to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements & corporate guidelines. Regular review of end-to-end processes, identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure operational effectiveness, ensure sufficient control and documentation throughout the business process are implemented. Provide support to business initiatives including but not limited to launch new product/service for CBG business to ensure that the robust and efficient process are implemented, operational risk is adequately addressed. Prepare and maintain documentation to promote effective operations and protection of interest to both the Bank and customer. Manage operation processes and procedures for consumer banking group focusing on Wealth business , covering investment and insurance under Consumer Banking Group in HK and Macau. Ensure business processes are robust and efficient through continuous review and improvement to address any risk & fraud that might arise. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure policies & procedures implemented are compliant to group policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements Degree holder in related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in transformation or project management. Knowledge of general banking products and services and related regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
