Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Product Manager is responsible for developing, launching, and managing telecom products and services such as data, messaging, and value-added services. This role involves defining product strategy, ensuring competitive positioning, and driving revenue growth through innovative offerings tailored to customer needs. Key Responsibilities Define product vision and strategy for fixed telecom services (broadband, IEPL, SD-WAN, Cloud Connect, DCI). Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives. Identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies. Manage product lifecycle, including upgrades and retirement. Collaborate with engineering, network, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. Define and monitor pricing models and packages for telecom services. Work with finance teams to forecast and track performance. Ensure products comply with telecom regulations and licensing requirements. Coordinate with legal teams on regulatory changes impacting products. Work with customer service teams to resolve product-related issues. Partner with marketing, sales teams and vendors. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product management within telecom or related industry. Strong understanding of telecom technologies (broadband, IEPL, SDN, SD-WAN). Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
