Senior Legal Officer / Assistant Manager – Legal Affairs We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager to support our business. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting, compliance, and regulatory research, within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. You will report directly to the Head of Legal Affairs, giving you exposure to decision‑making and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities: Draft and review all kinds of commercial agreements under supervision. Prepare legal correspondence and liaise with external legal advisors. Assist in reviewing and drafting internal compliance manuals. Provide advice on compliance matters aligned with business models and risk profiles. Stay updated on relevant regulations in Hong Kong and subcontractor jurisdictions. Conduct legal research and ensure adherence to internal policies. Manage contract database, maintain accurate records and filing systems. Requirements: Degree in Law or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an in‑house legal environment. Previous exposures in construction and engineering field or possesses strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese will be a definite advantage. Proactive, detail‑oriented, resilient, and adaptable to ambiguity. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
