IT Transformation/ERP Solution Architect (Mgr. role, D365 Finance module focus) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced talent (internal job title: Global Manager – Business Process Management under Global Information Technology Department) to lead initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our enterprise systems, including ERP (D365), PLM, OMS, CRM and other integrated platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving process excellence across global operations and ensuring seamless alignment between technology and business objectives. Job Responsibilities Optimize System Utilization: Improve the effectiveness of existing ERP (Finance module focus), PLM, OMS, and related systems to maximize business value. Process Integration: Oversee global process frameworks such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and other critical workflows across multiple internal IT systems. Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization and efficiency initiatives using proven methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Governance & Leadership: Coordinate and facilitate the establishment of Global Business Process Owners and Centers of Excellence for each end-to-end business process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Job Requirements ERP Expertise: Strong experience in D365/SAP ERP Finance and Operations modules; Finance certification is essential. Process Excellence: Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent/above qualification is required. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead global teams and influence stakeholders across global sites. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage complex global initiatives and presentation to management. Proficient in English and Mandarin required for global team management.
