Manager, T4RM - Global Logistics, Digital Process Management & Solutions Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization At Global Logistics, we oversee the transportation of goods from their country of origin to market distribution centres, utilizing a global network of logistics partners and service providers tailored to various product, market, and customer needs. Delivering TRANS4RM (S4 Hana) SAP implementation, is a key pillar of our vision under the Innovate Pillar. Our goals include: Successful implementation of T4RM (S4Hana) ensuring right resource allocation, execution of UAT/ Hypercare/ Cutover/ Go Live/ Change management efforts partnering with key stakeholders within specified timelines. Driving continuous improvement and optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and foster innovation. As a Manager Projects, you will support the Senior Manager by ensuring the execution of cross‑functional projects, manage dependencies, drive change management, and implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with Global Logistics, wider GSCM, Product Owners, Global Tech and Market teams to continuously improve processes, maximize value, lead projects with best practices, drive user engagement, and ensure future readiness. Key Responsibilities Self‑Leadership & People Management: Define and communicate clear objectives for yourself and your team; foster leadership skills at all levels by creating a motivational and supportive environment; lead by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic; pursue professional development through continuous learning; make informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes; manage time efficiently; embrace change and remain flexible in dynamic environments. Project Management: Lead regional, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, applying PM methodology and effective communication; think globally and cross‑functionally to identify project dependencies and their impact; raise dependency issues with senior leadership and proactively offer solutions; resolve conflicts and escalations, propose solutions, and support timely resolution; review completed projects to capture lessons learned and improve future performance; finalize and hand over projects, ensuring all documents are approved and stored appropriately. T4RM (S4Hana) Implementation & Governance: Partner with Product, Tech, PMO, Markets & cross‑functional teams; ensure end‑to‑end process thinking is applied; maintain robust governance, create transparency, and provide regular updates to senior leadership; oversee key user training, end‑user training, UAT efforts with thorough validation; coordinate and execute Hypercare and Cutover activities; ensure a successful Go Live with meticulous planning and execution. Continuous Improvement: Project manage strategic CI initiatives and deployment in relevant areas within inbound logistics scope; co‑plan and align with leadership and project team on deliverables and timelines; project manage yearly tech demand planning process for GL. Change Management: Engage key stakeholders early; provide training and resources; empower change champions; address resistance proactively; implement measures to sustain change over the long term. Key Relationships Global Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, Sourcing and Market‑based teams Product Owners, Global IT, Supply Chain Intelligence, Data & Analytics teams Respective Business Function 3PL, Carriers, External consultants Financial Controlling Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Project Management: Recognized program management qualification, robust budget management, built processes and people teams to deliver change. Cross‑Functional Partnership: Ability to collaborate, guide, influence and manage cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Problem‑Solving: Identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements in logistics processes. End‑to‑End Thinking: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of logistics process ensuring seamless integration and optimization at each stage. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in logistics operations. Decision‑Making: Support enhancement of logistics performance by enabling fact‑based, data‑driven decision making. Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain relationships with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Work in a Fast‑Paced Environment: Thrive in dynamic settings by quickly adapting to changing priorities, efficiently managing multiple tasks, and maintaining high performance under pressure. Technical Tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Power BI, SAP, Infor Nexus, Copilot and ability to learn new technical tools. Market Knowledge: on 3PL, Transportation & Logistics providers & networks. Language: Fluent English skills (verbal and written). Travel: Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required. Requisite Education And Qualifications University degree with focus on Supply Chain Management/related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5‑6 years of progressive work experience in mid to large‑scale program/project management in the field of logistics/transport or supply chain industry.
