Project Coordinator (Building material/ Interior Design) Assist in project planning: develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for decorative finish installations. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to align on specifications and resolve on-site challenges. Monitor project progress, conduct quality checks, and prepare status reports for stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and vendor contracts to stay within budget and deadlines. Document all project phases, including photos, logs, and compliance records for our sustainable practices. Support the team in post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. Requirements High Diploma or Bachelor's in Project Management, Construction, or related field. 1-3 years in project coordination, preferably in construction, interiors, or design firms. Solid understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP) is a bonus. Fluent in Cantonese and English for clear communication with diverse teams and clients. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Proficient in project software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD basics) and MS Office Suite.
