Manager, Agency Administration & Compensation (Insurance) A life insurance company dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions tto meet the diverse needs, now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage agency administration and compensation operations. The role oversees the end-to-end agent lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefits, payroll, and statutory requirements within a multi-regulatory insurance environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all agent benefits, compensation, and related adjustments. Administer agent lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions, demotions, data updates, and terminations. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly payroll, incentive payments, and related administrative processes. Maintain up-to-date records for agents and technical representatives in the agency management system. Handle orphan policy transfers and support debt recovery processes. Prepare and submit statutory filings to Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, Macau AMCM, and other regulatory authorities. Coordinate license renewals, CPD declarations, and annual compliance submissions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in agency operations, insurance administration, or managing compensation functions within the insurance industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Hands‑on experience with payroll systems, data management, and agent lifecycle processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
