As part of our ongoing development, we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administration Specialist to strengthen our HR function and support more streamlined, effective, and sustainable organizational practices. Role Overview This senior-level role oversees a broad range of HR and personnel administrative responsibilities while contributing to the improvement of HR processes, systems, and workforce structures. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR operations, actively uses digital tools, understands their value, and can guide others toward more efficient and aligned ways of working. The role also plays a key part in ensuring our organizational structure and staffing levels remain appropriate for current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee HR administration including payroll coordination, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and compliance. Support workforce planning and partner with leaders to assess staffing structures, role requirements, and organizational alignment. Provide insights and recommendations related to workforce efficiency and optimal team composition. Leverage HR systems and digital tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Promote adoption of modern HR practices and digital tools across the organization. Review and enhance HR processes, documentation, and SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational sustainability. Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Finance and internal teams on headcount-related analysis, manpower planning, and organizational requirements. Contribute to HR initiatives including digitalization efforts, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects. Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR procedures, best practices, and effective operational practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of HR or HR Administration experience in a dynamic environment. Proven experience using HR related digital tools and workflow platforms, with the ability to encourage adoption of improved processes. Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Skilled in preparing and interpreting HR data, workforce reports, and organizational analyses. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically and professionally.
