Responsibilities Drive the company’s approach to deliver an AI platform for proprietary devices. Lead the development/application of deep learning algorithms for imitation learning using multiple training datasets. Research AI data and design, implement, and evaluate algorithms for real‑time motion coordination and path planning. Develop verification and validation protocols for software in accordance with regulatory requirements. Stay up‑to‑date on the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and deep learning. Qualifications Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent; PhD with a strong academic publication record is an advantage. Proven experience leading specialized teams of data scientists or software engineers in designing, implementing, testing, and delivering commercial products. In‑depth understanding of the ML landscape, including experience delivering deep learning and imitation learning technologies. Experience with OpenCV, YOLO, and visual processing is a plus. Experience programming in Python, C++, or Linux environments is a plus. Experience with LLM and language chain is a plus. Demonstrable thought leadership in product development and research projects covering recent advances in AI for vision. Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to serve as a team leader and a team player.
