Responsibilities Plan, develop and deliver postgraduate programmes. Conduct lectures and tutorials. Write lecture notes, design and mark assignments and examination scripts. Perform other related teaching and administrative duties. Qualifications Hold a master’s degree or higher in Chinese Language and Literature, Linguistics or related subjects (e.g., CHIN 2007ACF / CHIN 2008ACF). Relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred. For courses such as CHIN 8108ACF/CHIN A808CF, a master’s degree in Chinese Literature or related field is required, with teaching experience a plus. For Syllabus content “Society and Culture in the Era of Globalization” (GAPG 8004AEF), a higher degree (preferably a doctorate) in Politics or related discipline is required, with professional teaching experience advantageous. Duration of Appointment The candidate will work evenings or weekends on campus from January 2026 to June 2026 for a maximum of 17 hours per week. Terms and Conditions Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part‑time contract with benefits provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
