Senior Card and Loans Officer Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has been ranked one of the best phone banking service providers for consecutive years. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs. Responsibilities Provide professional and all-rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels. Promote loan/insurance products when a customer’s need is identified to reach the sales achievement for the department. Contribute to achieving the section’s service and sales objectives. Timely respond to customer feedback, drive service improvement and enhance customer experience. Assist the team head to review and allocate resources to optimize team productivity. Identify potential improvement areas to enhance work efficiency. Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects. Ensure all team processes comply with internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements. Qualifications Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered. Willing to work on flexi-hours. Proven experience in Retail Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business. Strong sales and customer service orientation, able to work under pressure. Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. High level of customer‑centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
