Join to apply for the Chubb Life HK - Manager, Agency Sales & Promotion role at Chubb Life Job Description We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the strategic execution and promotion of our agency sales promotion and communications. This key role will involve comprehensive planning, effective cost control, and hands‑on oversight of event logistics, agency engagement activities, clubs & awards and social media management. The successful candidate will ensure that our agency activities and initiatives achieve maximum impact and high levels of engagement. Plan, initiate, and execute a variety of agency events, such as the annual awards presentation, annual dinner, overseas conventions, communication meetings, client seminars, luncheons, and engagement activities. Organize and manage the internal clubs and awards, industry awards registration, including prize arrangements, recognition initiatives, award presentation ceremonies, and related activities. Develop and prepare marketing and promotional materials, including presentation decks, e‑visuals, newsletters, and agency publications. Collaborate with the reporting team on campaign progress for incentives, clubs and awards initiatives. Manage agency social media platforms, including content planning and creation. Maintain close communication with external vendors and monitor the quality of their outputs. Supervise the team and manage ad‑hoc projects as needed. Qualifications Degree holder, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in agency distribution or a related field. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust creative mindset. Excellent coordination, project management, communication and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Willingness to travel and ability to perform under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva.
