Key Responsibilities Pivotal role to grow and build Marketing /eCommerce Operations Develop, manage and optimise campaigns across all digital marketing platforms (including search, display, mobile app, social) to achieve designated business goals Create strategies, test, learn and make recommendations in all performance marketing to drive online traffic, improve conversions and lead generations A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in customer service in a sizable organisation in which at least 3 years at supervisory role preferable with F&B industry or retail experience Ability to work remotely, independent and mature Plan and manage social media content production with vendors to produce creative, well written, rich and engaging social media content to maximise ROI and increase brand awareness Liaise closely with product, technology, sales team and other cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects Critically analyse results and utilise data to make recommendations to optimise overall digital marketing strategies Duties as directed by Management Key Requirements Preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT Service Operations, Information Technology, Computer Science, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Hospitality (F&B) or related disciplines (preferably Australian educated) A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in eCommerce Digital Marketing, eCommerce Operations in sizable organisation in which at least 5 years with eCommerce (Shopify) / IT Retail experience / F&B industry / Social Media / Online Retail 3-5 years’ proven working experience in performance marketing, social media and content management system like Shopify and MailChimp with a track record of delivering outstanding performance Experience in managing paid search, programmatic campaigns and analytics tools for a growing e-commerce business of the organisation or its clients Experience in email marketing, social media marketing; affiliate marketing is an advantage Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & models, technology trends and market best practice Strong business acumen and exhibits strong balance of creativity and analytical skills Self‑motivated and passionate about online marketing channel Experience in Customer Experience Support and IT Support Operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English as a minimum & Chinese Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing Ability to code HTML would be a huge bonus Proficient skills in graphic designs and video making for social media posting Proficient knowledge of eCommerce platform eg.
