Project Manager – Business & Digital Transformation (1-Year Contract-renewable) Lead end-to-end project management for multiple IT application implementations (Finance, Sourcing, ERP). Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants. Work closely with global and local IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business transformation goals. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Manage change control processes and ensure documentation is up to date. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, procedures, standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls, including but not limited to system performance, security, disaster recovery, and change control. Ensure adherence to internal governance and external regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in business transformation and IT application deployment. Proven experience managing Finance, Sourcing, and/or ERP system implementations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Strong sense of responsibility with commitment; target-oriented mindset. Good supervisory, analytical, and communication skills; able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin proficiency is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
