Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including significant experience in-house, at a global law firm involved capital markets and or fund management with at least 3 years of fintech, digital asset, blockchain experience. Demonstrated expertise in international regulatory frameworks, including securities law, AML/KYC, payments, market conduct, and licensing for crypto products and services. Superior negotiation, drafting, and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills a plus. Proactive problem-solving, exceptional business judgment, and leadership skills in high-growth, tech-driven environments. Track record in managing complex transactions and working cross-functionally within geographically dispersed teams.
