Job Description Company Overview One of the largest E&M engineering firms in Hong Kong, offering a comprehensive range of electrical and mechanical engineering services. Established operations in Mainland China and Macau, with over 50 years of industry experience. Proven expertise in delivering large-scale projects for major property developers and blue‑chip clients. Position Summary Provide comprehensive support to the CEO across both personal and corporate matters. Serve as one of two secretaries supporting the CEO. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism. Manage confidential information and special assignments with discretion. Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the CEO. Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in a secretarial role. Prior experience supporting senior management or senior executives. Exposure to the E&M engineering, building, or construction sector is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Detail‑oriented, mature, and a collaborative team player. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
