Finance and Human Resources Officer We are seeking to appoint a Finance and Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. The candidate will work flexibly across both roles on an as‑required basis and will be required to engage with stakeholders across the school community, including teachers and parents. The successful candidate will: Assist in reconciliations of payroll and accounting records Assist in the coordination of company secretarial matters Conduct and coordinate teacher registration, staff Sexual Conviction Record Checks (SCRC), and related visa applications Prepare employment and related documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Handle or assist in insurance‑related matters, including policy renewal and claims Oversee and coordinate the full process of payroll, MPF, and employer tax returns Maintain accurate staff personal data in an HR system Provide full support of staff recruitment and exit services, including medical enrolment, assistance in tax clearance, and MPF claims Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Professional qualification in Accounting and/or Human Resources Management, or related disciplines Well‑versed in Employment, Inland Revenue, and MPF Ordinances Good analytical and numerical sense Detail‑oriented and meticulous Good team player within a multicultural environment Customer‑oriented and a professional approach to internal and external stakeholders High standards of business ethics and professional integrity Proven knowledge and experience of HR and finance functions Ability to learn and work independently Highly proficient in English (written and oral) and Cantonese preferred ICHK Secondary is committed to child safety and providing an environment in which young people are safe, happy and thriving.
