Global Investment Banking - FIG - Vice President Global Investment Banking - FIG - Vice President role at JPMorganChase . As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you’ll develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across different products. You’ll work on deals and transactions across the full spectrum of our banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity and debt capital raises. Job Responsibilities Primary day‑to‑day client point of contact and lead banker on deals. Review and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing and execution forward. Train junior bankers. Refine marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact. Oversee the creation of financial projection models. Identify and manage all risks in a given deal. Liaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g., lawyers, accountants, counterparties). Lead client negotiations, Q&A process and management interviews. Familiarity with managing cross‑border transactions and stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant investment banking experience. Financial Institutions Group sector‑specific coverage experience in investment banking. Demonstrable proficiency with industry trends and terms and corporate finance. Highly driven, detail‑oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication and writing skills. Well versed in ECM/ M&A and track record of leading the execution of transactions. Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management. Self‑directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Good Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients based across APAC region. About Us J.P.
