Role Summary As Senior Business Analyst Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of Business Analysts, guiding them on high-stakes, multi-market retail initiatives. You’ll set the strategic direction for analytics solutions and act as the principal contact for senior clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects deliver business value and drive TechForce’s growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Analysts working across complex, cross-functional retail projects. Oversee all stages of the analytics solution life cycle, from requirements definition to implementation and ongoing optimisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, translating strategic goals into effective analytics initiatives. Set best practices across solution design, requirements gathering, and project delivery, aligning with industry trends and client objectives. Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives, contributing as a thought leader both internally and with clients. Requirements Extensive experience managing and developing teams of Business Analysts in a consulting or project delivery environment. Proven ability to interface with executive and senior stakeholders, preferably in retail or consumer sectors. Significant experience leading retail analytics or technology transformation projects across multiple markets. Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and a record of delivering results in fast-paced settings. Experience with retail analytics, project delivery frameworks, and analytics technology is highly valued.
