Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of insurance finance concepts including premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, and regulatory reporting. Experience working with financial performance metrics and insurance-specific KPIs. Familiarity with insurance systems (e.g., policy admin, claims, GL, actuarial models). Knowledge of IFRS 17, Solvency II, or other relevant financial reporting standards is a plus. Ability to work with actuarial and finance data sources to support profitability and risk analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in data/business analysis within the insurance or financial services industry. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill.
