As a crucial member of our Member Engagement team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our members and shape a more inclusive society for people with disabilities Check out our job requirements and responsibilities to see if this role is for you Responsibilities : Member Programs & Events Coordination : You'll collaborate closely with our talented team to execute a wide range of member‑related programs, events, and workshops throughout the year. (This role will require occasional work during non‑office hours and weekends, ensuring we provide exceptional support to our members) Member Engagement & Communication : As a key point of contact for our members, you'll actively engage with them, assisting in member intake assessments and managing related administrative tasks, e.g. logistics arrangements, registration, reception, sending invitations, conducting feedback surveys, and supporting in preparing content for social media, all to provide exceptional service to our members. Member Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date member data is crucial, and you'll be responsible for updating and managing our CRM database. This will involve tasks such as data entry, sending out electronic direct mail (EDM), and ensuring our records are always current. Grow & Manage CareER’s member pool : you'll play a vital role in growing and managing our member pool while strengthening our vibrant alumni and peer support network. In addition, you'll support the team in campus and educational institutions outreach to recruit new members, expanding our community of support. Impact Evaluation: Work closely with external consultants and researchers to support data collection and analysis that measures the effectiveness of CareER’s services. Job Requirements We're seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented, reliable, and exceptional team player with a positive mindset and high empathy. A willingness to work alongside young adults with disabilities or SEN is a crucial attribute for this role. We welcome applicants from all fields of tertiary education. If you have 2‑5 years of experience in SEN or youth projects/programmes, event organisation, volunteers and/or CRM database management, it would be highly advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll have the chance to engage with young adults from diverse backgrounds and abilities, as well as work closely with our small but impactful team Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English is necessary to communicate effectively with our members. Flexibility is also important, as you may need to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and outside regular office hours for events. This role will report to the Manager in our Member Engagement Team. Your job title will depend on your actual experience.
