Job Overview Position: OTC Trade Support, Middle Office, Equities Division (Analyst to Associate) Company: Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (Hong Kong) Location: Central, Central and Western District, HK Posting Date: 4d ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 1-3 years of professional experience in equity derivatives or in a middle office role. A proactive self‑starter, adept at working both autonomously and collaboratively in cross‑functional team settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Programming skills in Python, VBA, or SQL for automation and data analysis are highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with strong interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities Prepare and submit application documents, coordinating with the risk department to obtain necessary approvals and authorisations. Assist with post‑trade processes, including trade booking, confirmation, and reconciliation. Monitor and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of derivatives products (including swaps and structured products), handling expiries, assignments, and corporate actions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, counterparties, middle/back office) to promptly resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues. Maintain accurate daily position and profit & loss (P&L) reporting. Conduct data analysis and produce routine (daily/weekly) as well as ad‑hoc reports for the trading desk.
