Associate (equity derivative sales), Derivative Products Department Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance-related field. 1–3 years of experience in equity sales. Proactive, able to work independently, and capable of cross-team collaboration. Fluent in Mandarin. Strong communication skills with document writing ability. Key Responsibilities Maintain relationships with existing clients, proactively respond to client’s service needs and recommend suitable products and strategies, enhance client trading activity and loyalty. Develop new client relationships, such as asset management firms, securities firms, mutual funds, and hedge funds to drive business development and client acquisition. Coordinate internal stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of client needs, initiate trading requests, and serve as a liaison between clients and other teams (e.g., trading, product) to ensure efficient and accurate execution and delivery of client requirements. Deeply explore and transform customer needs, lead the connection, analysis and solution design of customer needs, and effectively transform needs into executable products or transaction solutions. Track and analyze market information, provide innovative ideas and suggestions for product design, trading, and hedging strategies based on market analysis and client feedback.
