Sales Officer

K. Wah International Holdings Limited ("KWIH") , listed in Hong Kong in 1987, is an integrated property developer and investor with a foothold in Hong Kong, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions. KWIH encompasses a portfolio of premium residential developments, Grade-A office towers, retail complexes, hotel and serviced apartments. To cope with our on‑going business expansion, we are looking for high calibre professionals to join our energetic team. Responsibilities Follow up and complete sales transactions Liaise with agencies to facilitate sales activities and transactions Prepare sales documents and explain them to buyers Prepare and implement logistics plan, traffic flow, and set up of sales office and show flats Carry out site visits Handle all customer enquiries, requests and complaints in a courteous, timely and proactive manner Work with Customer Service Team to offer after sales services including handover work Ensure the sales office and show flats are maintained in a presentable manner Assist and conduct market research and analysis including collection of data and information, preparation of documentation & reports Undertake ad‑hoc duties in addition to the above Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales activities / real estate / property development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese work processing Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant Immediately Available is highly preferred.
