Formulate, implement, and monitor the Group’s monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated financial statements and other regular financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Analyze the Group’s financial data and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports to support senior management decision-making; Participate in the preparation of semi-annual and annual reports, business performance announcements, and quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors; Lead the semi-annual and annual external audit processes and review financial disclosures in related reports; Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency and effectiveness; Manage and develop a multi-country accounting team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering employee engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or above degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional accounting qualification preferred; At least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a “Big 4” audit firm; Strong background in financial reporting, with process improvement experience (in-house or external) highly desirable; Exposure to commercial and manufacturing environments is a strong plus; Familiarity with Hong Kong statutory reporting and listing rules; Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office; Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills; able to lead cross-departmental projects; Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Greater China.
