Ref no: PH2340-JDB Lead the global strategic management of a technology portfolio, driving innovation and overseeing large-scale initiatives. Responsibilities Support the Portfolio Director in managing the enterprise technology portfolio. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and maintain portfolio reporting and governance processes. Create and update dashboards, reports, and documentation. Assist with demand intake, project prioritization, and resource allocation. Gather and analyze demand requests with stakeholders. Support prioritization based on business value and strategic alignment. Support project validation activities. Review project proposals for alignment with portfolio strategy. Identify potential risks related to project interdependencies and resource constraints. Contribute to the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and roadmap. Define key initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders. Ensure alignment of talent with portfolio priorities. Facilitate resource allocation discussions and identify required skills. Support knowledge management activities within the department. Contribute to knowledge repositories and best practices (excluding operational tasks). Requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Over 3 years of experience in portfolio or project management within a technology setting. Familiarity with formal project and portfolio management methodologies. Experience in demand management, resource allocation, data analysis, and project prioritization. Experience in Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, and Asia is preferred. Knowledge of IT financial management principles; familiarity with CAPEX & OPEX. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
