We are looking for a proactive and versatile Manager – IT Portfolio Management with the ability to manage key projects to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). The role will primarily focus on overseeing the IT project portfolio, ensuring robust project governance, standardized processes, and the delivery of high-quality, insightful status reporting to senior management. Here is what you need to know about this role: Project Management Responsible for AI and digital transformation projects such as enterprise AI applications, data platform development, intelligent supply chain and process automation, etc. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and milestones to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget. Organize and lead cross-functional meetings involving IT, product, data science, operations, finance, legal, and external partners. Resolve technical challenges and communication issues across regions and departments to ensure smooth project execution and maintenance. Manage designated projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Project Governance Maintain and oversee the IT project portfolio, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and overall health. Support risk management, issue resolution, and change management across projects. Organize and lead project review meetings and governance forums. Establish and continuously improve project management standards, templates, and tools. Implement and optimize PMO frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models). Consolidate and analyze project updates to produce coherent, accurate, and timely status reports for senior management. Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure adherence to best practices. Drive collaboration efficiency and promote a culture of accountability and transparency across the portfolio. Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields. Over 5 years of project management experience, familiar with AI technologies (e.g. large language models, machine learning, generative AI, RPA, and enterprise digital transformation). Experience in PMO functions, portfolio management, or similar governance roles. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum); PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking, risk management, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities across direct project execution and PMO oversight. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
