Responsibilities Supervise efficient, productive and profitable kitchen operations and ensure that high standards of food production and presentation are consistent throughout AWE at all times. Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the Sous Chef in training associates. Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen. Participates in the control of associates; associate’s development; and control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition. Requirements F.3 or above. A minimum of 10 years solid experience in Hospitality Industry; and a minimum of 5 years at same position in Chinese Cuisine.
