Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing sales team, driving a culture of excellence and accountability. Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential market segments to expand the company’s footprint. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and capture growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, track team performance, and take necessary actions to achieve business goals. Prepare regular sales updates and reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Candidates from telecom, IT solutions, office equipment/printer, or general B2B sales companies are welcome. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead business expansion. Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
