As a System Analyst, you will support the design, analysis, and implementation of GIS and IT solutions for infrastructure and land‑related systems. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and client‑side teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs. This role may require working on‑site at client offices. Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system specifications. Design workflows, data models, and integration strategies for GIS and IT platforms. Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure alignment with system architecture. Lead developers to develop and maintain GIS applications for web and desktop environments. Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation. Support stakeholder workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support and enhancements during implementation phases. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis and design for IT or GIS projects. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and GIS workflows. Experience in preparing functional specifications and technical documentation. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Esri platforms, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and hybrid‑cloud environments. Familiarity with QGIS and open‑source GIS tools. Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar modelling standards. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
