HR & Admin Specialist – Bridge Global Operations from Hong Kong Are you a dynamic HR professional eager to be the strategic link in a global company's growth? As we expand our international footprint, we're looking for a foundational HR & Admin Specialist in Hong Kong to be the central hub connecting our overseas teams with our manufacturing excellence in China. This is more than an administrative role; it's an opportunity to shape our talent strategy and culture from the ground up. Your Impact: What You'll Do Lead End-to-End Global Recruitment: Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for our overseas teams. You'll develop strategies, leverage platforms like LinkedIn, JobsDB, and Indeed, and attract top talent that fuels our international growth. Manage the Full Employee Lifecycle: Serve as the go-to expert for our Hong Kong team, managing everything from onboarding to payroll, MPF, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. Ensure Compliance & Streamline Operations: Act as our in-house expert on Hong Kong labor laws, guaranteeing compliance while optimizing office administration, from vendor management to fostering a productive work environment. Be the Strategic Communication Bridge: Serve as the vital link for communication and collaboration between our Hong Kong office, mainland China factories, and overseas sales representatives, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency. Who We're Looking For Hong Kong Permanent Resident status. At least 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administration. In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labor ordinances and HR best practices. Proficiency in major recruitment platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a significant advantage). A self-driven, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
