Responsibilities Build models and tools using technical knowledge in machine learning, statistical modeling, probability and decision theory, and other quantitative techniques. Understand the business reality behind large sets of data and develop meaningful analytic solutions. Utilizing SQL and code (Python, R, etc.) for analyzing data and building statistical models to solve assigned business problems Explore new data sources and data gathering techniques. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models, carry out experiment and monitor outcomes. Further enhance processes and visualization tools to help business monitor key metrices and build operational alerts based on data. Breakdown complicated problem for juniors to work on, monitor their progress, enforce best practice and guide their growth Communicating verbally and in writing to business customers and leadership team with various levels of technical knowledge and promote data-driven decision making culture in the company. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in STEM or Economics 3+ years of experience with data scripting languages (e.g SQL, Python, R etc.) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, or Matlab) 2 years working as a Data Scientist • Strong proficiency in SQL Direct experience analyzing A/B experiments Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment Practical understanding and hands‑on experience with regression modelling (linear and logistic) is preferred Direct experience with both supervised learning methods (linear and logistic regression, time-series modelling, generalized linear models, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, etc.) and unsupervised learning methods (K-means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, principal components) is preferred Interested parties please send CV in WORD format with current/expected salary and notice period .
