ABOUT THE ROLE As our VP Sales APAC based in Hong Kong, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales and be in charge of all the sales within a define area (Asia). Your primary task will be to manage the existing businesses and develop new businesses by promoting the company’s product and solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Product Line Directors, Executive VP, and the Hong Kong System team to develop sales offers that ensure clients' technical requirements are met. Additionally, you will work closely with local agents and partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Region Management : Oversee the overall revenue budget for the region (from Pakistan to Australia) Manage and restructure the sales team, with new hires as needed. Existing Customers : Cultivate close relationships with existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns. New Customers : Identify and maximize new business opportunities. Develop and explore potential new customer base. Increase the pipeline and improve the hit rate of project inquiries. Other Responsibilities : Identify and develop new partnerships. Handle administrative tasks, particularly for tenders. Monitor market developments and report on accounts and prospects to senior management. Tailor product solutions based on customer needs by analyzing market demands. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to top management. This role involves frequent travel and requires a high degree of flexibility. Additionally, the sales cycle can be long, often stretching from several months / years, with significant time between the identification of the opportunity and closing. ABOUT YOU 7 to 10 years of experience in sales or pre-sales, ideally within the ID industry. Preferably experienced in selling solutions and systems, rather than purely physical products. Autonomous and independent. Strong ability to synthesize information effectively. Reliable and trustworthy. Capable of working under pressure. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent in English. Fluency in French is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. TOPPAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
