Overview Our client is a well-established French fashion clothing wholesaler, seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support to the department. Handle emails, reports, invoices and sales contracts. Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department. Assist in sorting, organizing and updating internal database. Deal with customers on order processing. Coordinate with other departments for daily operation. Requirements DSE or above, 2-3 years of relevant experience in garment wholesale business and dealing with HK department store buyers preferred. Detail‑minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well‑organized, willing to learn, responsible and self‑motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Good communication skill. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Occasionally travel to mainland China. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
