Marketing and administration coordinator Job Duties: Provide all round administration duties to a medium sized office; Assist to develop talent attraction & retention programs of Overseas Offices; Update HR related documents, support HRIS enhancement and migration; Prepare analytic reports and dashboards for management’s review; Assist in various accounts payables and receivables and manage various database and records processed by the Admin Office; To be responsible for the procurement of office materials/stationeries; Assist Marketing team on preparing event including events set-up, outing tasks, event logistics and promotion project support; Provide sales administration support to the sales department and conduct marketing and sales analysis; Analyze customer data for customer segmentation, reporting and insights. Job Requirements: Strong project management and organizational skills; Good command of computer skills including Excel and MS Office; Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese; Good communication skills, self-motivated, well-mannered with strong sense of responsibility; Flexible, friendly personality with a can-do attitude; University student of any disciplines.
