A publicly listed company is building a next-generation global ecosystem empowered by blockchain technologies. We are seeking a Blockchain Solutions Lead who will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define, shape, and implement the company’s long-term blockchain strategy. This role is highly influential — you will sit at the leadership table, advise on innovation opportunities, and drive the development of scalable, secure, real-world blockchain applications across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with the CEO to define blockchain vision, ecosystem strategy, and technology roadmap. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade blockchain platforms that enhance transparency, automation, and trust across the company’s ecosystem. Architect secure, scalable solutions integrating on‑chain and off‑chain components to support complex business workflows. Evaluate, select, and deploy appropriate blockchain technologies (e.g., public chains, enterprise frameworks, modular chains). Drive the development of smart contract‑based or workflow‑based solutions for multi‑party operations, financial processes, and data integrity functions. Oversee the integration of blockchain systems with cloud infrastructure, internal platforms, and external partners. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical distributed systems. Explore synergies with AI, data analytics, asset tracking, and automation to elevate the global ecosystem’s capabilities. Maintain a delivery‑focused mindset, ensuring projects are executed efficiently without compromising innovation. Provide thought leadership to internal teams and guide technical discussions, platform architecture, and best practices. Ensure the highest standards of security, encryption, access control, and compliance across all blockchain implementations. Requirements Strong background in blockchain architecture and distributed system design. Deep understanding of smart contracts, data models, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid system design. Ability to collaborate directly with senior management and communicate complex concepts clearly. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to convert ideas into actionable technical solutions. Experience leading teams or driving multi‑stakeholder technical projects.
