Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world. What you’ll do Support members over the phone, chat, and email. Problem solve any operational or technical issues pertaining to SoFi Products. Work with management and product teams to continuously improve operational processes and technical platforms to better serve our members. Support dealing service on US stocks and Virtual Asset trading. Liaise with relevant parties for thorough investigation of complaints & root cause analysis and resolve client escalation in a timely manner. Working hours 3pm to 12am. Participation in weekend shifts is required. What you’ll need Must have one of the following existing licensing: SFC as representative or qualify to be registered as Representative under Type 1 Regulated Activities. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 1+ years of financial services experience required, preferably assisting customers in a service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset. Self‑starter, problem‑solver, and a goal‑oriented team player with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude. Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks efficiently. Organized with strong attention to detail. Show curiosity and confidence when dealing with clients and able to ask for help when needed. Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. We offer attractive remuneration to successful candidates.
