Supervise and coordinate engineering projects and maintenance activities within the hotel premises. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Oversee the inspection and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any engineering-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare duty roster, procurement requisitions and other engineering-related documents for daily operations. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions. Requirements Holder of Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines. Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker at Grade A. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Good leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
