Handle and maintain the network operation to ensure its proper performance, availability and security; including the installation, configuration, administration, documentation, upgrading, patching, relocation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, devices and related systems. Responsibilities Plan and participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network engineering and security. Handle urgent requests and network deployment duties timely during normal and non‑office hours. Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or IT related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of related working experience in network infrastructure implementation and operation. Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, WIFI & VPN. Hands‑on experience in router, WIFI & switch management for Cisco; and firewall management on Palo Alto / Fortinet / Checkpoint / Cisco. Self‑motivated, well‑organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
