Our client an investment bank is looking to hire a Network Administrator. Responsibilities Provide advanced Tier 2/3 support for complex network issues involving routing, switching, and firewall connectivity. Conduct daily health checks, monitor network performance, and analyze traffic patterns to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Manage and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches (Cisco / H3C / Huawei), firewalls, and load balancers. Implement and administer firewall policies on Palo Alto Networks or similar Next‑Generation Firewalls, covering access control, NAT, and threat prevention. Lead small to medium network projects such as office expansions, hardware upgrades, and new service deployments. Configure and deploy network equipment in alignment with established design standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, runbooks, and policy guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in network administration. Required Certifications CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, or HCNP (at least one). Skills and Experience In‑depth knowledge of core networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, STP, VTP, VRF. Hands‑on experience with Cisco IOS/NX‑OS and familiarity with other vendors such as H3C or Huawei. Proficiency in firewall administration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Hillstone). Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools (Neteagle, Wireshark, etc.). Knowledge of F5 load balancers (LTM/GTM) or similar technologies is a plus. Proven experience in high‑availability environments, preferably within financial services or regulated industries. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and projects. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese. A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. #J-18808-Ljbffr
