In this role, you will ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold hospitality standards. You will lead, train, and motivate the airport team to provide personalized and efficient service, manage operational performance, and liaise closely with hotel departments to ensure every guest’s journey begins and ends beautifully. Candidates with a background in luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in guest experience are highly encouraged to apply. Your Day to Day Greet guests for both arrival and departure at the airport Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations and inhouse events and directions Lead and direct airport team to perform their work in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with government regulations and policies Handling guests’ enquiries, baggage, parcels and transportation arrangementTo maintain the hotel high standards of service and hospitality at all times To continuously lead from the front and set exemplary standards Provide direction and appropriate support structure using effective resources to enable the team to deliver high performance Provide information and organizing training sessions for the team regularly To ensure the Regent Experience team to follow all hotel standards Provides direction and guidance to the team in order to maintain service quality Monitor the department expenses Handle problems associated with guests and liaise with department heads or executive management in the absence of the Duty Manager Always maintaining the Regent’s high standards of service and hospitality Update Regent Experience Manager – Guest Services about the activities at the Hong Kong Airport and take appropriate action, if necessary Communicate with the Regent Experience team for all related issues and happenings at the airport We offer promising career opportunities with excellent remuneration packages, on-going professional learning & development, a culture of service excellence and a diversed workplace that celebrates differences.
