HR and Admin Assistant (Recruitment Focus) Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer payroll processes: collect timesheets, input data, verify calculations, and ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, organizing files, and assisting with employee benefits administration. Participate in HR projects and provide general support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed. Previous experience in HR or payroll administration is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR or payroll software is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Why Join Us?
