Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations, etc Assist in on month end closure, including financial analysis and document filing Support the Director on business planning, Material research proposal writing and operational improvements Key Requirements Must-have Degree holder or above in HR, Business Administration or related/ equivalent discipline. Non-Degree holder but in good English language/ communication skills will still be considered. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience Excellent command of WRITTEN English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong HR sense is an advantage Good-to-have Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude Less HR experience but in good communication skills will also be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
