This is the summary of the 3 different jobs: Analyst Programmer (Low Code Platform: OutSystems/Power Apps) Senior Backend Developer/ SA (focus on Generative AI project: AI chatbot, LLM, RAG; Backend Development and integration focused) Analyst Programmer (IBM Maximo, Python, Java, Integration) Below are the details of each job: Job Opening 1: Programmer (Low Code Platform: OutSystems/Power Apps) Job Natures: Participate in the whole project cycle, stages covering: communicate with stakeholders and gather user's requirements, design, manage vendor for development and implement, test and support, perform documentation. Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience focus on OutSystems/Power Apps project covering the whole cycle from design, develop, implement, test and support. While during the project, you act as an Analyst Programmer/Business Analyst. Familiar with OutSystems/Power Apps. Good Communication Skills, stable personality, willing to learn new things, good attitude. Job Opening 2: Senior Backend Developer/SA (Generative AI, Backend Development and integration focused) Responsibilities: Work on generative AI projects: AI chatbot, LLM, RAG; backend development and integration focused. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support various applications. Integrate generative AI services into backend systems. Analyze requirements and design scalable, efficient system solutions. Work with various stakeholders. Design, implement, and optimize databases to ensure performance and data integrity. Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in backend development and system analysis. Strong experience integrating generative AI services into backend systems. Proficiency in server‑side languages such as .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby. Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, on‑premises) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Job Opening 3: Analyst Programmer (IBM Maximo, Python, Java, Integration) Responsibilities: Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot Maximo code configurations, including automation scripts. Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure Maximo solutions align with business requirements and facilitate integration with third‑party applications. Engage in code and design reviews to guarantee quality and compliance with best practices for Maximo customization. Provide timely support for Maximo system issues, addressing troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to Maximo customizations, configurations, and interfaces. Support Maximo version upgrades and migrations, including testing and validation of custom features. Occasional business travel is required. Requirements: University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, including ability to work in a team environment. Experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management v8.x development, support, or related roles is an advantage. Understanding Maximo v8.x architecture and customization capabilities is an advantage. Experience with Maximo integration frameworks (e.g., MIF, MEA, REST API) is an advantage. Experience with Maximo Mobile is an advantage. Experience with Maximo BIRT reporting is an advantage.
